Hugh "Lupus" "The Fat" Of Chester was born in 1047.  Hugh "Lupus" "The Fat" Of Chester's father was Governor Richard Le Goz Of St. James Castle D'AVARANCHES and his mother was Emma DE MORTAIN DE CONTEVILLE.  His paternal grandparents were Toustein LE GOZ and Turnvisa; his maternal grandparents were Herluin DE BURGH DE CONTEVILLE and Herleva DE FAILAISE. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Turstin, Enold DE BUSLI, Albreda, Emma, Margaret, Judith and Maud. He had a half-brother named Humphrey.  He died at the age of 54 in 1101.
