Matilda was born in 1072 in Huntington, Huntingdonshire, England.  Matilda's father was Waltheof II Earl Of Huntingdon & Waltheof 1St Earl Of Northumberland and her mother was [Countess] Judith Of Lens [Countess].  Her paternal grandparents were Danish Earl Of Northumbria Siward Biornsson Northumberland Danish Earl Of Northumbria and [Countess Of Nor Aelfled (Elfleda) Of Bernicia [Countess Of Nor; her maternal grandparents were Count Of Lens Lambert Of Boulogne Count Of Lens and Adeliza Of Normandy Countess Of Normandy Countess Of Aumale/Aumale. She had three sisters named Alice, Daughter Of and Judith Of. She had a half-brother named Waldelf.  She died at the age of 59 on April 23rd, 1131 in Scotland.  She was buried in 1130 in Scone, Perthshire, England.
