Marjory of was born in 1152 in Huntingdon, Huntingdonshire, England.  Marjory of's father was Henry Earl of Huntingdon , Prince of Scotland and her mother was Ada de Warenne.  Her paternal grandparents were David I "The Saint" King of Scotland and Matilda de Huntingdon; her maternal grandparents were William de Warenne , 2nd Earl of Surrey and Isabel Elizabeth de Vermandois. She had two brothers and three sisters, named William The Lion King of, David Earl of, Aufrica of, Margaret de and Ada of.  She was the youngest of the six children.  She died about 1213.

‌Marjory of and Gilchrist 4th Earl of were married in a religious ceremony in 1169.  They had a son named Duncan 5th Earl of.
