Elizabeth was born about 1485 in Ashwellthorpe, Depwade, Norfolk, England. Elizabeth's father was Thomas Howard , 2nd Duke of Norfolk and her mother was Elizabeth Tylney. Her paternal grandparents were John Howard , KG, 1st Duke of Norfolk and Catherine Moleyns; her maternal grandparents were Frederick Tylney , Sir and Elizabeth Cheney. She had two brothers named Edward and Edmund. She was the youngest of the three children. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named William 1st Baron and Anne. She died on April 3rd, 1538.
