Harold King of was born about 0758 in Germany. Harold King of's father was Eysteinn I "Fart" Halfdansson , King of Vestfold and his mother was Hilda Eriksdottir. His paternal grandparents were Halfdan "White Leg" Olafsson , King of Uplanders and Asa Eysteinsdottir; his maternal grandfather was Erik Aagnarsson. He had a brother and a sister, named Halfdan II Milldi Eysteinsson King of and Geva. He was the youngest of the three children.
