Iestyn ap Gwrgan

Iestyn ap was born about 1040 in Glamorganshire, Wales.  Iestyn ap's father was Gwrgan ap Ithel , of Morgannwg and his mother was Iwerydd verch Cynfyn.  His maternal grandparents were Cynfyn ap Gwerystan and Angharad verch Maredudd. He had a sister named Myfanwy verch.  He was the older of the two children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Owain ap, Uchdrud ap and Efa verch.  He died after 1093 in Monastery, Llangenyw, Denbighshire, Wales.

They had a daughter named Catrin verch.

They had a son named Madog ap.
