Ithel Ap Gwerystan

Ithel Ap was born about 0980 in Of, Powys, Wales.  Ithel Ap's father was Baron Powys Gwerystan Ap Gwaithfoed Baron Powys and his mother was Nest Verch Cadell.  His paternal grandparents were Lord Of Powys Gwaithfoed "Fawr" Ap Gwynnan Lord Of Powys and Morfudd Verch Ynyr; his maternal grandparents were Cadell Ap Brochwel and Mrs Cadell Ap Brochwel. He had a brother and four sisters, named Cynfyn Ap, Miss Verch, Nest Verch, Elinor Verch and Lleuki Verch.  He was the third youngest of the six children.
