Philip De Vere

Philip was born in 1266.  Philip's father was Robert De Vere V Earl of Oxford and his mother was Alicia De Stanford. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Robert, Alfonso, Hugh, Gilbert, Hawise, Joan and Lora.  He was the second youngest of the eight children.
