Gilbert De Vere

Gilbert was born in 1262.  Gilbert's father was Robert De Vere V Earl of Oxford and his mother was Alicia De Stanford. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Robert, Alfonso, Hugh, Philip, Hawise, Joan and Lora.  He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.
