Osbern was born before 1040. Osbern's father was Comte De Brionne Gilbert Crispin Comte De Brionne and his mother was Herleva De Falaise. His paternal grandparents were Crispin De Bec and Haloise De Guines. He had a brother named Baldwin. He had seven half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Baldwin Fitz-Gilbert, Richard FitzGilbert Earl, Gilbert II, William the Conqueror King of, Ralph Comte, Odo Evêque, Robert De Burgo Comte, Hesilia (Esilia), Emma, Adeliza, Godiva Of, Emma and Muriel. He died after 1107.
