Matilda D' Aubigny

Matilda was born in 1134 in Arundel, Sussex, England. Matilda's father was William D'Aubigny III Earl of Arundel and her mother was Adaliza of Louvain. Her maternal grandparents were Godfrey I Duke of Lorraine and Ida of Chiny & Namur. She had five brothers and two sisters, named William D'Aubigny "le Breton" IV Earl of, Geoffrey, Ralph, Henry, Simon, Olivia and Agatha. She was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
