Weva was born about 1036 in Normandy , France.  Weva's father was Osborne De Crepon [Steward Of Normandy] and her mother was Emma De Ivry. She had two brothers and a sister, named William Fitzosbern De, Osbern and Emma.  She was the youngest of the four children.
