Melesinde De was born in 1120 in Crecy, France.  Melesinde De's father was Count Of Amiens Thomas De Thomas De Count Of Amiens/Coucy and her mother was Melisende De Crecy.  Her paternal grandparents were Enguerrand I Sire De Boves & De Coucy and Ada De Roucy; her maternal grandparents were Comte De Rouchefort Gui "The Red" De Montlhery Comte De Rouchefort and Adelaide De Crecy. She had three brothers named Enguerrand II Sire De, Robert De and Anselme De.  She was the second oldest of the four children. She had a half-sister named Beatrix De.  She died after 1148 in Caistor Next Yarmouth, Flegg, Norfolk, England.

‌Melesinde De and Hugh V Seigneur De were married in a religious ceremony about 1150 in Boves, Somme, France.  They had a son named Hugh VI Seigneur De.
