Alice de Clare 
Alice de was born about 1093 in Clare, Suffolk, England. Alice de's father was Gilbert Fitz Richard de Clare , Earl Hertford and her mother was Adeliza de Claremont. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Baldwin FitzGilbert de, Richard FitzGilbert de, Gilbert de, Hawise de, Agnes de, Margaret de and Rohesia de. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She died about 1163.General Notes
