Her paternal grandfather was Gilbert Lord of Galloway; her maternal grandparents were Alan FitzWalter , 2nd High Steward of Scotland and Eve of Crawford. She had two brothers and a sister, named Neil Earl of, Nichol de and Errick. She was the second youngest of the four children. She died before 1255.-
