William CONSTABLE

William was born about 1464 in Of, Halsham, Yorkshire, England. William's father was John CONSTABLE and his mother was Lora FitzHugh. His paternal grandparents were John Constable , of Halsham, Sir and Margaret de Umfreville; his maternal grandparents were Henry 3rd Baron FitzHugh , of Ravensworth, KG,Sir and Elizabeth de Grey. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Ralph, John, Joan, Elizabeth, Isabel, Margery and Margaret. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He had three half-sisters named Anne, Ellen and Isabel. He died in 1492.
