Joane De CLARE 
Joane De was born about 1184 in Of, Herts, Hertford, England. Joane De's father was Richard De CLARE EARL OF HERTFORD and her mother was Amice FITZROBERT COUNTESS OF GLOUCESTER. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Gilbert de, Richard De, Maud (Matilda) De and Isabel De. She was the second youngest of the five children.
