Constance de was born about 1162 in Nantes, Bretagne, France.  Constance de's father was Conan IV Duke of Brittany , Earl of Richmond and her mother was Margaret de Huntingdon.  Her paternal grandmother was Bertha Heiress of Brittany. She had a half-brother named Henry de.  She died on September 5th, 1201 in Nantes, Bretagne, France.  She was buried on November 24th, 1225 in Villeneuve, France.
