Sybil De was born in 1150 in Bramber, Sussex, England.  Sybil De's father was 1st Baron Of Gwentland William II De William De 1st Baron Of Gwentland/Braose and her mother was Heiress Of Brecon Bertha De Bertha De Heiress Of Brecon/Pitres. She had six brothers and five sisters, named Philip De, William III 5Th Baron De, Engeram De, Reginald De, Roger De, Giles De, Maud De, Avelina Agnes De, Matilda (Maud) De, Bertha De and Susan Maud De.  She was the fifth oldest of the twelve children.  She died in England.
