Reginald De was born about 1155 in Bramber, Sussex, England.  Reginald De's father was William II De Braose 1st Baron Of Gwentland/Braose and his mother was Bertha De Heiress Of Brecon/Pitres. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Philip De, William III 5Th Baron De, Engeram De, Roger De, Giles De, Maud De, Avelina Agnes De, Matilda (Maud) De, Sybil De, Bertha De and Susan Maud De.  He was the fourth youngest of the twelve children.  He died in 1225 in England.
