Her paternal grandparents were Thomas 1st Baron De Berkeley and Joan De Ferrers; her maternal grandparents were Eudo La Zouche and Millicent De Cantilupe. She had a brother and a sister, named Thomas 3rd Baron and Milicent. She died at the age of 55 on July 25th, 1362 in Hartley Castle, Kirby Stephen, Co. Westmoreland, England.-
