Odo Bishop of was born about 1030 in Bayeux, Calvados, Normandy, France.  Odo Bishop of's father was Harlevin Viscount de Conteville and his mother was Arlette Herleve de Falaise.  His paternal grandparents were Jean de Conteville , Viscount of Comyn and JEAN; his maternal grandparents were FULBERT DE FALAISE CHAMBERLAIN and DODA FALAISE. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Odo DE, Robert de, Andre, EMMA DE, Emma de, MATHILDA DE and MURIEL DE. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Ralph Count of, William I "The Conqueror" King of, Baldwin Fitz-Gilbert of, Adelaide of, Godiva de and FELCIA.  He died in Palermo, Sicily on 1st Crusade.  He was buried in Close advisor to half brother William The Conqueror.
