Odo Bishop of was born before 1035 in Bayeux, Calvados, Normandy, France.  Odo Bishop of's father was Harlevin (Herlouin) Vicomte de Conteville and his mother was Herleve (Arlette) de Falaise.  His maternal grandparents were Fulbert de Falaise and Doda. He had a brother and three sisters, named Robert de, Emma de, Muriel de and Miss de.  He was the third oldest of the five children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named William I "The Conqueror" King of and Adelaide of.  He died in Palermo, Sicily on 1st Crusade (dsp legit).  He was buried in Close advisor to half brother William The Conqueror.
