Margery De was born in 1306 in Castle Badlesmere, Kent, England and her baptism took place in (32-1338).  Margery De's father was Sir Bartholomew IV 1St Baron De Badlesmere and her mother was Margaret De Clare.  Her paternal grandparents were Justiciar Of Chester Guncelin De Badlesmere Justiciar Of Chester and Joan Fitzbernard; her maternal grandparents were Thomas De Clare Lord Of Thomond, Gov London and Juliane Fitzmaurice. She had a brother and three sisters, named Giles 2Nd Baron De, Maud De, Elizabeth De and Margaret De.  She was the oldest of the five children.  She died at the age of 57 on October 18th, 1363 in Helmsley Castle, North Ride Yorkshire, England.

‌Margery De and William IV 2Nd Baron De were married in a religious ceremony before November 25th, 1326 in Castle Wark, Northumberland, England.  They had two sons and four daughters, named William V 3Rd Baron De, Thomas 4Th Baron De, Alice De, Elizabeth De, Margaret De and Maud De.
