Margaret De was born about 1269 in Berkeley, Gloucestershire, England.  Margaret De's father was Thomas BERKELEY Baron and her mother was Joan De FERRERS BARONESS BERKELEY. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Maurice IV the magnificent, John De, James De, Thomas III De, Alice and Isabel De.  She was the third oldest of the seven children. She had a half-sister named Margaret.  She died after May 4th, 1320.
