King Ceawlin was born in 0547 in Wessex. King Ceawlin's father was King Cynric of Wessex. His paternal grandfather was King Creoda of Dublin. He had two brothers and a sister, named Cuthwulf, Chichelm and Cutha. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 46 in 0593.General Notes
