Elder William Wentworth 
Elder William was born on March 15th, 1616 in Alfird, Lincoln, Eng. Elder William's father was William Wentworth and his mother was Susanna Carter. His paternal grandparents were Christopher Wentworth and Catherine Marbury; his maternal grandfather was Edward Carter ***. He had two brothers named Edward and Christopher. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 80 on March 16th, 1696 in Dover, NH.-
