Christopher was born about 1558 in Waltham, Lincoln, Eng. Christopher's father was William Wentworth and his mother was Ellen Gilby. His paternal grandparents were Oliver Wentworth and Jane Unknown; his maternal grandparents were John Gilby and Agnes Brough. He had two brothers named Thomas and Oliver. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died about 1663.-
