Matilda Plantagenet 
Matilda was born in June 1156 in Windsor Castle, Eng. Matilda's father was Henry II Plantagenet and her mother was Eleanor d'Aquitaine . Her paternal grandparents were Geoffrey "The" Plantagenet and Matilda II UNKNOWN. She had five brothers and two sisters, named William, Henry, Richard, Geoffrey, John, Eleanor and Joan. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She had three half-brothers named Geoffrey, Peter and William.-
