Josiah was born on June 6th, 1675 in Windsor, CT. Josiah's father was Josiah Owens and his mother was Mary Osborn. His paternal grandparents were John Owen and Rebecca Wade; his maternal grandparents were John Osborn and Ann Oldage. He was an only child. He died at the age of 88 on August 15th, 1763 in Hebron, CT.-
