Emma B. was born on September 23rd, 1857 in Andrew, Jackson Co, IA. Emma B.'s father was Edward Bartolomew Maskrey and her mother was Mandana Robertson. Her paternal grandparents were Bartholomew Maskrey and Sarah Ridgards; her maternal grandfather was Thomas Robertson. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Frank H., Stephen Perry, Benjamin Edward, Mary Ann, Rose May, Sarah and Delia M.. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 86 on March 20th, 1944.-
