Rubye Grace Jernigan

Rubye Grace was born on December 4th, 1909. Rubye Grace's father was Joseph (Joe) E. Jernigan and her mother was Annie Edna Parmer. Her maternal grandparents were Moses Edward Parmer and Lydia Ann Ella Avery Parmer. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Armour Joe, Nelton Hansford, Lois Avenedd and Mary Lydia. She was the oldest of the five children.
