Anna was born about 1842 in Charles, Devon, Eng. Anna's father was Edward Hutchins and her mother was Betsy Muxworthy. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Hutchins and Grace Widlake; her maternal grandparents were John Muxworthy and Alice Parkin. She had two brothers and a sister, named William, Richard E. and Elizabeth. She was the second oldest of the four children.-
