John Durkee 
John was born on January 3rd, 1664 in Ipswich, MA. John's father was William Durkee and his mother was Martha Cross. His paternal grandfather was John Turk; his maternal grandfather was Robert Cross. He had a brother and a sister, named William and Martha. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 75 on September 7th, 1739 in Windham, CT.
They had seven sons and five daughters, named Nathaniel, John, Andrew, Jeramiah, William, Thomas, Stephen, Elizabeth, Patiance, Sarah, Mary and Mary.
