Leland M. was born on February 13th, 1917 in Waverly Twp, MI. Leland M.'s father was Harry L. Chase and his mother was Bessie Viola Passmore. His maternal grandparents were Charles Passmore and Elizabeth A. Lane. He had a brother and a sister, named Walter and Alice. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 80 on June 4th, 1997 in Walkerton, IN.-
