Hugh Clifford Blackwell

Hugh Clifford was born on May 4th, 1921. Hugh Clifford's father was Willie Cornelius Blackwell and his mother was Queen Ingram. His maternal grandparents were Joh T. Ingram and Margaret E. Shaw. He had three brothers and three sisters, named George Herman, Louis Mason, Thomas, Lealer Bell, Willie Dean and Vesta. He died at the age of 78 in December 1999.
