Caleb Benton 
Caleb was born on July 25th, 1705. Caleb's father was Ebenezer Benton and his mother was Abigail Graves. His paternal grandparents were Daniel Benton and Rachel Gutteridge; his maternal grandparents were John Graves and Elizabeth Crittenden. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Daniel, Lt Ebenezer, Elizabeth and Abigail. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 77 on November 27th, 1782.-
