Queen Matilda Atheling 
Queen Matilda was born in October 1079 in Scotland. Queen Matilda's father was King Malcolm III (Ceannmor) of Scotland and her mother was Living Atheling. Her paternal grandparents were King Duncan I of Scotland and Queen Aelflaed Sybilla of Northumbria. She had six brothers and a sister, named Prince Edward, Prince Edmund, Prince Ethelred, King Edgar, King Alexander (The Fierce), King David (The Saint) and Princess Mary.
