Matilda Albini

Matilda was born in 1166 in South Petherton, Somerset, Eng. Matilda's father was Sir Ralph de Albini and her mother was Sibilla de Valoines. Her paternal grandparents were William D'Aubigny and Cicely Bigod. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Phillip, Ralph, John, Oliver, Alice and Gunnora. She was the oldest of the seven children.
