Mishal was born on July 29th, 1776 in Hampshire Co., Va. Mishal's father was Robert Pugh and his mother was Mary Edwards. His paternal grandparents were Evan Pugh and Mary. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Samuel, Jesse, Joseph, Robert, Sarah, Mary, Lucretia, Elizabeth, Hannah, Eleanor and Amy. He was the second youngest of the twelve children. He died in Capon Valley, Hampshire, Va.-
