Edna Francis was born on February 15th, 1871 in Halletsville, Tx. Edna Francis' father was Henry Porter Cleveland and her mother was Wilmoth FitzGerald. Her paternal grandparents were Horatio Johnson Cleveland and Cynthia Carley; her maternal grandparents were Samuel FitzGerald and Ann Nancy Anderson. She had seven brothers and five sisters, named Sylvester Josiah, Samuel Johnson, William Meredith, James Henry, John Abner, Andrew Richard, Cyrus Warren, Nancy R, Cleveland, Mary Eliza, Cynthia Alatha and Susan Elizabeth. She was the youngest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 35 on January 21st, 1907 in Coryell Co, Tx.General Notes
