GERTRUDE OF SAXONY

GERTRUDE OF was born in 1028.¹   GERTRUDE OF's father was BERNARD II OF SAXONY and her mother was ELICA VON SCHWEINFURT.  Her paternal grandparents were BERNARD I DE SAXONY and HILDEGARDE VON STADE; her maternal grandparents were HEINRICH VON SCHWEINFURT and GERBERGA OF HENNEBERG. She had a half-sister named IDA.  She died at the age of 85 in 1113.¹ 

They had a daughter named BERTHA OF.
