Margery Roper

Margery was born about 1451 in Of, Swalecliff, Kent, England.¹ Margery's father was John Roper and her mother was Margery Tattersall. Her maternal grandparents were John Tattersall and Agnes Chichele. She had three brothers named Thomas, Robert and John. She was the second youngest of the four children. She had a half-brother named John.
