William Eugene Luttrell 
William Eugene was born on December 3rd, 1854 in Lincoln, TN.1 William Eugene's father was David Anderson Luttrell and his mother was Elizabeth Jane Blackwell. His paternal grandparents were Vincent Luttrell and Sarah Benson. He had six brothers and two sisters, named John D., Columbus Matthew, Lawson Lee, Rufus Franklin, Walter Johnson, Charlie Newton, Virginia Ann <Jenny> and Mary LouElla. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 80 on June 16th, 1935 in Hedley, Donley, TX.1 
‌William Eugene and Theodocia An were married in a religious ceremony on August 2nd, 1882 in Pleasant Point, Johnson Co., TX.1
