Diego Fruelas de Cifontes 
Diego was born about 1200 in Spain.1 Diego's father was Fruela Ramirez de Cifontes and his mother was Sancha de Tovar Fernandez. His paternal grandparents were Ramiro Fruelaz de Cifontes and Elvira Osoriez; his maternal grandfather was Fernan de Tovar Alvarez. He had a brother named Ramiro de Cifontes. He was the younger of the two children. He died in 1246.1 -
