Britton Caple 
Britton was born in 1768 in Northampton County, North Carolina.1 Britton's father was William Capel and his mother was Anne Unknown. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Capell and Ann Unknown. He had four brothers and a sister, named William II, James, Charles, Watson and Martha. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 69 in 1837.1 -
