Arthur Capell 
Arthur was born about 1630 in Caishobury, Hertfordshire County, England.1 Arthur's father was Arthur Capell and his mother was Elizabeth Morrison. His paternal grandparents were Henry Capell and Theodosia Montagu. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Edward, Charles, Henry, Elizabeth, Mary, Elizabeth, Amme and Theodosia. He died on July 13th, 1683.1 -
