Joshua Russell 
Joshua was born in 1824 in Frankfort, Herkimer Co., NY.1 Joshua's father was Elisha S. Russell and his mother was Lucy Campbell. His paternal grandparents were Jonathan Russell and Mrs. Pricilla Russell. He had three brothers and two sisters, named George Morris, William E., Charles Edward, Polly and Jane. He was the second youngest of the six children. He had three half-brothers named James, Myron E. and Hirem Wesley.-
