Hart Hooper

Hart was born about 1870 in Roche, Cornwall.¹ Hart's father was Samuel Pearce Hooper and his mother was Amy Francis. His paternal grandparents were Robert Hooper and Wife Pearce. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Thomas Francis, Robert, Samuel, Richard, Guy Francis, Mary Ann, Emelyn Jane, Kate and Daughter Francis.
