Nancy Estes

Nancy was born on January 28th, 1836 in , Lincoln County, Kentucky.¹ Nancy's father was James M. Estes and her mother was Nancy East. Her paternal grandparents were Abraham Estes and Margaret Mccormack. She had four brothers and six sisters, named John Welsh, Joseph Mccormick, James Carroll, George W., Eleanor Ann, Rachel Wilson, Mary Jordan, Peggy M., Sally Jane and Elizabeth Jordan. She was the third youngest of the eleven children.
